The Modernist House
Martin Modern is a celebration of 21st century luxury living. The project’s distinct aesthetic style is expressed through subtle masculine sensibilities. At the core of this project is the emphasis of furniture curation and styling to match the property’s top of line furnishing.

Bringing a sense of consideration and intentionality, a deftly curated collection of furniture pieces is key to the modernist style. Comprising contemporary design with clean silhouettes, pieces are sourced from leading retailers P5 Studio, BoConcept and Made & Make.
The space is designed with careful consideration of the senses, from the scent journey that evokes grandeur and a sense of welcome in the living room transitioning to the more intimate bedroom setting, to the outdoor balcony that connects with nature in promoting a sense of wellbeing.
Throughout the home’s intimate and open spaces, light-filled moments are created which encourages the pursuit for holistic living.
