Stangee Place

Walk-Up Apartment

By merging the principles of modern luxury design with elements from longstanding interior trends, a new language that epitomises finessed sophistication is created for the Stangee Place project. An eclectic series of influences in reimagining the space is applied to transform it into a considered and playfully responsive home.

The Quintessential Walk-Up

The heritage walk-up apartment located in the up and coming area of Joo Chiat, Singapore, has embraced timeless principles of interior design melded with modern luxury.

Inside the Kitchen

The unexpected approach of mixing finishing and materials – high chromed metal, touches of brass, accents of matt black, exposed brickwork, natural tones of wood, exclusive marble and luxurious leather, that are of seemingly conflicting nature results in a surprisingly complementary aesthetic that evokes the warmth of a lived-in space.

With a deliberately unfinished look, the space suggests a work-in-progress typology that invites its dwellers to be part of the narrative.

Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere

Warm lighting is used throughout the space in balancing out rawness, creating a cosy ambiance that feels soulful and inviting.

Timeless Pieces

The expert curation of furniture pieces reflects the homeowners’ individualistic and unique personalities, as well as their belief in the investment of quality.

Clean Silhouettes

From leading brands such as Louis Poulsen, Cassina, Kartell, Flos, Conde House, &Tradition, Menu and the likes of, the well-thought-out pieces are defined and united by their contemporary look and clean silhouettes.

Rich in detailing, the iconic furniture creates a gallery-like environment that is dedicated to the legacies of design luminaries.

Organic Contours

Far from being experimental but rather the result of time-honed design ideas, the home possesses a personality that is expressed through colours, textures and contrast. Speaking to the vibrant and eclectic character of the area as well as its owners, Stangee Place exhibits a sense of progressiveness with interiors that are non-conformist yet welcoming and luxurious.
